Devon Archer is a former business partner of Hunter Biden at Seneca Rosemont Partners. He and Hunter Biden were also Board Members of the Ukraine Energy Company Burisma. Devon Archer attended Yale University with Christopher Heinz. In February of 2022, Devon Archer was convicted of fraud involving a Native American Tribe.

Burisma is an energy holding and research company in Ukraine. Devon Archer and Hunter Biden were both Board Members of Burisma. Hunter Biden Introduced Joe Biden to fellow Burisma Board Memeber Vadym Pozharskyi in 2015. In 2016 Joe Biden pressured the Ukraine Government to fire Prosecutor Viktor Shokin who was investigating Burisma and it's financial dealings with Hunter Biden.

Seneca Rosemont Partners is an investment firm founded in 2009 by Hunter Biden, Christopher Heinz and Devon Archer. The company has questionable financial dealings with Ukraine Energy Company Bursima and Metabiota "Biological Research Lab". Joe Biden says he was not involved in Hunter Biden's business dealings, lie that has been proven false on multiple instances.

Christopher Heinz is an American businessman, and heir to the Heinz food company. He is the stepson of former Secretary of State John Kerry and former business partner of Hunter Biden at Seneca Rosemont Partners. Christopher Heinz attended Yale University with Devon Archer.

John Kerry is an American businessman and politician, he is married to Teresa Heinz Kerry who owns the Heinz food company. He attended Yale University and was a member of Skull and Bones. He was Secretary of State during the Obama Administration. He is connected to Hunter Biden and Burisma Energy through Seneca Rosemont Partners. John Kerry is a vocal advocate about the dangers posed by Climate Change, but his regular use of private jets and multi-million dollar estates, show he is complete hypocrite on the issue.

Starting in April of 2014, there is one payment for $83,333.33. Then in May of 2014, two payments for $83,333.33 (one for Devon Archer and one for Hunter Biden) occur monthly through October of 2015 (see table below). In November of 2015, the number of overall transactions decreases dramatically, the most likely reason is they switched to a different account. The account was closed in May of 2016. Devon Archer was arrested for fraud involving a different business in May of 2016[4], which is almost certainly the reason the account was closed.
